What are the conditions to make a return?

Only items returned within 15 days after delivery, in new condition and their original packaging, accompanied by the "Return Request" duly completed, will be accepted.

 

How to proceed to an exchange?

We do not offer regular exchanges on our website www.chezsnowbunny.fr.
If you need a different size or another style you will need to place a new order on our e-shop.

We make assets or refunds. If you make the request and provide the return within 15 days after delivery, your order in its original condition, its original packaging and unused, SNOW can refund your order. In this case, we will re-credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item.

 

How to return a European order?

We will only accept items returned within 15 days, unworn and in their original packaging, with the return slip, available to download on your customer account.

To return a European order, please complete the return slip in the package and send it to the following address:

How to return an international order?

We will only accept items returned within 15 days, unworn and in their original packaging, with the return slip, available to download on your customer account.

1. Fill in the return form included in the package (reason for return, product(s) concerned, order reference and your name). Unfortunately if this form is missing we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return quickly.

2. Remove the document "Customs Declaration / CN23" present in the transparent white envelope stuck on the package of your package

3. Delete the phrase "Sale of goods »

4. Check the "Return Merchandise" box

5. Put the document back in the transparent pouch

6. Your return must be returned as "Standard" delivery by your local Post Office. Your parcel number must begin with the letter "C". 

Snow reserves the right not to accept an international return if it does not comply with the above steps.

How to get the refund / have my order returned?

Accessories are not eligible for the return policy or the refund policy.

to be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original working condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or whose packaging has been worn beyond simple opening of the product, will not be refunded. The processing time for a return after receipt in our office is 5 working days. Provided that the above return condition is met: 

  • If you have requested a refund, this will be made within 14 days of receipt and processing by SNOW of the returned item. 

You will receive a notification of reimbursement / credit by email when your request is processed after the warehouse has processed your return.

 

How long can I have to return an item?

you have 15 days from the receipt of your package to return it to us. It just needs to be new and in the original packaging.

 

Who pays for the return costs?

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
