European Union
Our prices have displayed all taxes included for orders to European Union countries.
Countries outside European Union
For orders to countries outside the European Union, prices are quoted exclusive of tax. These orders are subject to any taxes and customs duties of the country of destination.
These costs and formalities are the responsibility of the customer/consignee. They are to be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. You are responsible for the payment of all governmental taxes, administrative fees and customs duties charged by a carrier when you use the website or make a purchase.
In the event that the recipient refuses the package due to additional customs duties charged to the recipient upon receipt, SNOW reserves the right to charge the amount of such customs duties originally due by the customer up to €25 (£25).
United Kingdom
Due to Brexit, all UK orders over £135/€150 are now subject to all destination country taxes and customs.
Non-EU country charges and formalities apply, and are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are to be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. What are the delivery methods offered?
SNOW offers the following delivery options: Colissimo Standard, Relay Point and withdrawal in store.
For international orders, standard delivery with Colissimo is linked to your local postal service.
What are the delivery times?
Once your payment has been confirmed, we process and deliver your order to the carrier within an average of 24 to 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you must add the delivery time. This time depends on the chosen transport solution and your delivery address. This delay is variable depending on the shipping method and the location of the delivery.
Zone 1
• Free standard delivery for all orders over €200 of purchase
• Colissimo Home Delivery with or without signature in France within 2-5 working days*
Zone 2,3
• Colissimo Home Delivery with or without signature in Europe within 3-7 working days*
Zone 5
• Colissimo Home Delivery with or without signature in Switzerland within 2-7 working days*
Zone 4 et 6
• Colissimo Home Delivery with signature within 8-18 working days*
*Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from receipt of the order confirmation email unless otherwise stated in the product description.
However delivery may vary depending on the routing time of the local stations. We do not accept any liability for longer delivery times due to the carrier. Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance of each parcel entering the UK.

Can I ship to a place other than my home?
Your personal account SNOW allows you to register multiple delivery addresses. You can choose to have it delivered to you but also at your place of work.
(Warning: when you choose to be delivered to your workplace, you accept the responsibility of a third party for the reception of your order).
SNOW offers delivery to a Relay Point thanks to our partner Colissimo in zones 1 and 2.
Please note, parcels delivered to a Relay Point remain available for 14 days, beyond this period, the parcel will be sent back to us. In this case, SNOW will charge you the delivery costs again if you still wish to receive your package.
